https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-Vmax-Special-Full-Power-/260903465085?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item3cbf0ef07d

Stumbled on this when looking for a big bike, just doing some research.
Anyone like the look of that? A lot of effort gone into it though, just thought i'd share with the forum

Put the bodywork, bars, mirrors and headlight back to standard and ditch those stupid V4 cylinder infills and I suspect that would look (and sound) pretty incredible.

It's just a case of someone going quite a bit past the mark with the mods imo.

A vmax is a thing of beauty. The engine is a work of art. Owned 3. Crashed one. Still got the plates holding my shoulder together. That example smells of someone with too much money trying too hard.

That looks very tasty. I like the detail on the seat, maybe the engine decorations are a bit unnecessary but it does look good as a custom cruiser with a bit of go type thing.

A normal round headlight and removing a few of the blingy bits would make it ok, looks gash atm though.

Looks nice for what it is, maybe gone a little far in some areas for me. Bits like the custom front, it makes it seem like it's trying to forget it's a VMAX.

As it is, i'd swap the custom front for the old lamp, put more normal mirrors on and be very happy, i quite like the rest.

I had a go on the back of a VMAX when I was just getting into bikes, part of the rideout involved playing catchup after a fuel stop, they're not slow by any means. If I were to have that 'type' of bike this would prob be at the top of my list.

Yeah agreed, i'd jump at something like that, all the lines flow really well, it looks like it could actually transform into a terminator or big arse robot. The other one would unfold into a robot stuck in an armlock trying to bite one of it's retarded wingmirrors...

The bike I posted won best in show at Beaulieu this year. I saw it again at Brighton. I agree, its a fantastic looking bike but not my cup of tea. More pics? Oh ok then.

All have performance advantages, Harrison brakes are supposedly some of the best around.
