Have you been driving/riding long? If so it's common sence.
If you haven't the hazards are quite easy to spot. Just look for women drivers or cars which are older than 10 years old .
You don't need to take your CBT with you, just both parts of the licence.
Good look. |

I have a year and a half of driving experience and have been riding for about 3 weeks.
I'm Irish and have done a theory test for a car (never passed the full test tho) we do not have a hazard awareness part to our theory test.
I'm confident about the first part of the theory test but have no confidence for the hazard awareness.
By the way just thought I should mention that im booked in for the 29th. |

Google for some free practice ones.
Understand the DSA's difference between "potential" and "developing" hazards. Max points (5) for clicking just when a potential becomes a developing. Eg kid riding bike down pavement is potential; when he turns towards the kerb to cross the road, he's started developing. Zero points is where the camera car would have had an accident if they hadn't braked/swerved.
Click each time you see a potential and if it gets worse, click again and again as it gets worse. But take it steady - not clicking as fast as you can.
I have read if you just click every 10 seconds-ish, you'll pass..... I can believe that, but I wouldn't count on it!! ____________________ Honda Varadero 125cc => Suzuki Bandit 650 33bhp => 77bhp =>

sorry to slightly hijack the thread, but do you need a cbt to do your theory test?
Also best of luck mate, most of it is commen sense, if you see something that could be a fault click, when it's obvious click again. |
