Are the spray cans any good for touching up some chipped paint? and does the chrome paint come out ok? Had the chrome on the exhaust bubble up as rust got to it, i've cleaned the area and got rid of rust but just want it protected with paint.

Cheers

Chrome paint looks shocking!

Whatever you use it on will look like badly finished plastic trying to look like metal. Thumbs Down

Other than metal polishing out the marks and then trying frequently protecting and polishing out the rust patches, the only thing I can think of is rechroming.

No idea on prices I am afraid but I can't imagine it being that cheap.

Could you paint the exhaust with a colour or would that look retarded? Depends where the rust is really.

EDIT: Maybe a clear lacquer? Wont really look like chromed metal and nmight be hard to get it to stick but it might look ok if it works?
