Hi all,
i want to upgrade the ram on my laptop and im having a bit of trouble finding what the maximum size ram i can fit and what ram i need. If anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it

this is the result

its saying maximum memory capacity 384 but its current got installed 512 which is more then the maximum. confused
