rs125 idles high when pull in clutch and stop

anyone help.please.ive got an rs125 2007 model with arrow end can.the bike likes to hold the revs about 3-4000 rpm for about 10 seconds everytime i stop and pull in the clutch.ive tried spraying easy start around the seals and around the boot.i had it taken to a motorcycle repair shop and they said there pretty shore it doesnt have a leak around the crankseal.there is a crackling hissling kind of sound aroun d the carb boot area and when you just turn the throttle just a touch so the revs dont go up you can hear the crackling get louder.just wondering if carbs should make any noise at all.sorry ive only been a biker 4 6months,any help and advice would be much appreciated.thanks jason Ive upload a vid of the noise if it helps

Sounds like air is definitely getting in somewhere it shouldn't be. What sort of nick is the air filter in?

it looks in goos condition,i have a spare one the previous owner gave me and they both look in good condition
