TZR 125 2RH engine

Had a crack at doing the crank bearings and seals on my TZR bottom end today.
Started splitting the casings. Almost every screw needed drilling out, Even the impact driver wouldnt move them.
Threads on the gearbox cover were all fucked also. The bolts basically wont screw back in. They've been over tightened in the past.

One of the inlet bolts have snapped off, So that's gonna need drilling.

The whole bottom end as a whole is basically a pile of wank.


I've got a new piston kit, and good top end ready to bolt onto a decent bottom end.

So either a seized engine, Or a good working engine. Absolutely anything considered at all. Providing the bottom end is all good and in tact.
