It's a UK bike, hence the left hand drive. He's worded it wronly but nothing more.

Seems he sold a Porsche already, headed : PORSCHE CAYENNE TURBO (LEFT HAND DRIVE) IN SPAIN so it's pretty obvious he ( or whoever put up the ad ) just changed what was for sale.
