Yesterday when I was pottering back home, my route had me come back out onto the A24 then up to the A272 crossroads. The lights were red, and I sat there waiting to turn right... A group of bikers hooned up to the red lights, and one of the men was laying along his bike, feet out the back over the tail light. He did a slight endo stoppie, and I seriously didn't think he was going to get his legs back over before the bike lost balance...

It was one of those times I wish I had a helmet cam...it was quite funny...and then when the lights went green they were all popping wheelies as they headed up the A24 London bound.

Loonies...made me smile though.. Thumbs Up

Haven't got any... but when I was younger I got stopped for speeding on my moped (which was brilliant, I bragged about it for aaages afterwards as my clock only had 30 on the clock, yet I was stopped doing 44mph!!!), anyway, I was laid across the moped, feet hooked over the rear indicators... Cool

Some nobber did that in front of me all the way up the slope from Knightsbridge to Hyde Park Corner yesterday evening. Laughing I rarely see that.

Admittedly, I quite often hang back and let all those knob-head types fart around showing off in the front. I often force my way to the very front of the queue, provided all those sort of guys aren't there ahead of me. But if I've forced my way to the front and they arrive and surround me, I really slow down and let them take off ahead of me.

Can't be bothered with showboating at traffic lights, too much risk in London.

Years ago I had a mate who used to do that all the time. He had one of the newer Fizzies and even 'tuned' it still wasn't as quick as my old one. But he certainly did his best to be as aerodynamic as possible Laughing

On Wednesday I was amused as two (not road legal) 450cc motocross bikes came past me, both nicely balanced on the rear wheel while I was cycling through woodcote. I had heard them from some way away - presume they must have come right through the village.
