hi can some one help done a rebuild on honda ns125 and it sounds nice like it should but it keeps getting hot and will go past half way if you let it. ive tryed changeing rads fule&air mix thermastat water pump and that its getting oil. but still its doing it what els could it be

air blockage? dirt blockage? dodgy thermo needle?
is this all on tickover or while your riding it because my tzr will stay cool all day long until i get into the slow moving town traffic then whoosh the temp needle flies up.
