I've got a small dent in the rim of my rear hayabusa wheel. It doesn't affect riding and is actually quite hard to find unles syou looking for it. Is it worth fixing? Can pickup used rear wheels for a busa pretty cheaply on ebay. If it can be fixed for £20 or less I might consider it.

Any pictures, or is it too small to be seen by the camera?

Buy a good cheap wheel.
Alloy damage may be invisible to naked eye and requires NDT to determine condition and use-ability.
For a car it may be OK but if the rear fails under power your arsehole will feel it. Ouch.

Companies usually charge £60+ to repair a damaged wheel so I'd say go for a good second hand wheel instead.

As above. I would buy a decent second hand wheel, if only for peace of mind. The Hayabusa kicks out a fair amount of power so I personally wouldn't chance it. Thumbs Up
