Looks like they are haveing a bit of a laugh on some poor blokes scoot, note he has gloves on so it may be stolen?

Either way looks a bit suspect lol, like when they were filmed sledding in the snow but a worse.

That's offroad stuff. That just looks like a nicked ped they're playing with.

Want the real irony? They play about with it, scrape it up some more, then after they've taken it to the pound they're going to charge you a shitload for having it "in their care". The pisstaking never stops.

The irony is that riding it in what looks like a public park they are committing the very offence that they would confiscate the bike for even if the legal owner was riding it.
