If you are pushing the bike on a pavement or public highway it needs insurance, MOT and tax I believe!

Technically yes you do need insurance for it. Even if pushing it on the pavement as it is still part of the road.
Buy the insurance, get the bike back then cancel the insurance within the cooling off period and get your money back.

Do this.
You might want to consider taxing it if some cunt outside the compound tries to do you for no tax (which is reasonable as you DO need to be taxed to be on the public highway and you will be liable to a further fine).

Take a skateboard with you to go and pick it up. Tape it under the back wheel and tell them it's a trailer, no tax, insurance or MOT needed - job's a goodun.

Do that and get your bike back. Thumbs Up

Best to get it done sooner rather than later as I wouldn't be surprised if they'll charge you per day for storage.

Does seem like the police decided to be arseholes about this. How did you react to them when they stopped you? I reckon you could talk your way out of something like this with the right attitude.

Of course if you acted like a chav then you'd be instantly fucked as a chav pushing an off roader along the road equals prelude to some kind of antisocial behaviour.

I can't be bothered to look for a translator for most of your babble, for the sake of all that is good will you please learn to communicate. The small part that is coherent leads me to believe you're having the rule book thrown at you for behaving like an idiot in the past (at least it looks like you're saying you don't normally stop when flashed by the police, given the quality of the language you might just be telling us you had toast for breakfast Thinking)

Struggling to find much sympathy here at the moment.

If you never stop for them no wonder they're pissed off at you.

So the police saw one of the scum they're always on the lookout for because he tends to be up to no good, pushing a crosser along the pavement. Hardly surprising that they threw the book at you.

For extra points, were you on a big estate, and were you wearing sportswear?

When I were a lad we used to push our bikes down to some fields near me (although in them days you did actually ask the farmer for permission to ride on them).

We got pulled a couple of times and were told to legally push it without insurance etc it had to have no chain on. I suppose it makes sense as you can't ride it. To be fair they just let us on our way when they realised we weren't knobs causing a nuisance.

However this doesnt help the OP, but it doesn't look like he helped himself really.

You're meant to read it as a little white boy (note: WHITE not WIDE) trying his best West Indian accent.

Here's a visual aid:
