Have any of you had experience with ordering motorcycle goods from moto-racing?

Usual problem of paying for the order, well past estimated delivery time and now e-mails not answered, phones not aswered, just ringing endlessly.

Annoying when the bike is off the raod and waiting for a part to get it back on.
