The English Defence League are planning a demonstration against sharia law etc in Aylesbury on Sat 1st May.
Unite Against Facism has a counter demo planned for the same day.
If the press is to believed, Armageddon will be visiting Aylesbury that day, with most of the town centre shops closing down for the day.

The EDL & UAF have a bit of a history of violent clashes, and with all the tension and build-up, i'm fully expecting the police to be truncheon happy.

Personally, i don't care much for either group - either the EDL and their bully-boy tactics, or the UAF and their attempts to silence anyone who disagrees with them (i find that strangely ironic).

Anyway, if you fancy a ruck, it looks like Aylesbury this Saturday is as good a bet as anywhere.

Thumbs Up

It would be quite interesting if The Rozzers responded to the event in their usual manner:-
Sorry but we don't have any officers available at the moment Razz
