Well apart from how dirty it is, there appears to be a bit missing from the swing arm.

Has someone fitted the wrong rear sprocket?

Either someone's missed out a spacer or your rear wheel bearing has collapsed.

Either way Doh! or HaHa! depending on what kind of person you are...

Did that lock the rear wheel or did it just munch away?

Did you reassemble it with the spacers the wrong way round? I've "heard" that can cause problems Embarassed Embarassed

Exactly the same thing happened to me, i think the middle spacer was missing Shocked, the hub came out and one of those nuts gouged my swingarm out at 40mph, hard lock up, massive fishtail, was well lucky to keep it upright... Needed new swingarm, wheel, sprocket carrier... Evil or Very Mad

3 month old sprocket carrier bearing collapsed on the M4 at 90mph. Locked the rear wheel and fishtailed for about 20 metres before freeing off. Swingarm is ruined, bearing is going back to fowlers (genuine suzuki product!!!) for an explination as to why it collapsed!
