I recently bought a pair of boots off ebay recently.

The boots are in very good condition, but when you remove you feet from the boots, the whole insole, ankle supports and the rest of the lining comes right out with your foot !!!

It is bloody murder trying to get everything back inside and lined up perfectly again, so they are comfortable.

Anyone else had any problems like this ?

And how do you rectify it ?

What boots are they? A few boots have an inner liner with bracing that sits in the leather outer. My Supertechs are a pretty common example of that.

Its just a wee cheap pair, only bought them because they were waterproof, I think they are called Blytz or something like that.

On these boots, it is not meant to come out.

Put some fabric glue or almost any other glue in the boot then re-insert the insole.

Use some slow setting stuff so you can position it perfectly. Then leave over night to cure.

Or sticky Velcro on boot and insole? Plenty of things to try.
