Filtering was good, but a little a slow.

The times he used the rear brake to slid the rear around to filter tightly between cars was nice

i think you will find that he is powersliding on shite tarmac / shite tyres alot of the time. and lets face it you wouldnt exactly ride any faster ..... if you want to stay alive

Nope, I'd say that the road is damp, notice the sheen coming off it.
There's not a great deal of power sliding going on anyhow, more just locking up the rear under braking,
Where he is getting it to slide under power he could be a hell of a lot smoother and draw it out.
I share m0l0t0v's sentiments, he's not that fast at filtering, you can be allot faster whilst being a hell of a lot safer..
His observations are terrible if you ask me, just look at 5:15.. I'd call that a near miss, he just saved himself in time.

Though I agree sliding the rear around when filtering is a nice touch.
Otherwise I'd say that he's just an averagely 'fast' rider with not a great deal of skill...
A snappy throttle hand, some big balls (granted) and not putting much thought into it.
