Find me a brake hose holder thingy

I need 2 or 3 of these "things" to hold my rear brake hose away from my newly painted hugger. All the grit and shit under a moving hose will grind the paint off so I need a few clips like in my paint pic attached to hold the brake hose still.

I can't find anything similar in the shops and I don't know wtf they are called to google them.

P.S. I only need 2 or 3, not a pack of 10,000.

Another alternative might be some cable tie mounts...??

Just mount the self-adhesive base, then zip tie the hose to them.
I'm sure I've got some spares in the garage if you're interested

Ah those cable tie mounts could work!

Found some on ebay in black, £3 for a pack of 100

Even if they aren't suitable I can think of a 100 other things to use them for.
