As it'll be used purely for greenlaning (he has a Tiger for the road), the 600 would prolly be a little too big - thanks though Smile

More details on the kdx? Location, etc...

If he is mechanically minded ... then I know of a KMX (KDX?) 250 ... with 2 engines both in bits.
Was hoping to make a good working engine out of the 2 ... but not had the time.

Only just lapsed its MOT .... the issue with the engine was 2nd gear cog went.

Other than the cog, the bikes fine. ie: engine runs fine ... everything works as it should (forks etc).
Its an old one.. 1992 I think ... so a bit tatty and needs some love.

But I reckon the bloke will let it go for £300
