Hi all,

I have a 2002 NSR, I went to fill the baby up with oil. Tried to undo the bolt that holds the fuel tank down and was stuck! Managed to get it undone after 40 minutes hard work, but the bolt head started to round ever so slightly. Its only a matter of time before it rounds so much I cant undo it. Can I get a replacement bolt from somewhere like B&Q? or can I only get it from Honda?

Much appreciated! Very Happy

Yeah, just nick, er, I mean, buy one from a hardware store. Rolling Eyes Or you can get a huge tub of assorted bolts from places like M&P.

I lost the nut end of the allen bolt somewhere in my bike...

... then lost the actual bolt itself.

So I'm riding about without a tank bolt Very Happy

Or a tax disc Laughing.

Is there any fix for an allen key bolt that has actually rounded out completely? I tried to remove my bar ends for the first time the other day and I got one off no bother and the 2nd one I couldn't even get it to grip. Confused
