You might have already seen the prepping of the TTR before I left but here are some pictures of my 2 month trip.

First puncture in Morocco. Well the valve ripped out for some strange reason. Was bloody hot too!

Great photos, how did you find the TTR on the trip?

After having fun in the Sand we head towards the High Atlas area. We head to Bikers Home https://www.bikershome.net/, It's a B&B style home with a free garage to use if you stay. Run by a very funny Dutch guy Peter.
He loved our bikes and offered us good money for all three TTR's and flights home. Was very tempting but we all wanted to carry on with our trip. I believe he has now bought some TTR's and is running tours on them.
Peter orders us some engine oil for all the TTR's and fork seals for one. Also we had to strip the carbs out of one as it somehow managed to take in some sand.
During the night a guy arrives on a highly modified bmw. His friends xt has snapped a chain, Peter sells him a chain and he goes off again into the night.

Bike is fantastic. Easy to ride, good on fuel, amazing brakes. I fitted mine with a kickstart, so electric and boot! The standard sump guard is more than up to the job, dont bother with an aftermarket one. Might take mine out on the lanes soon. The rack is probably the best mod you can get, It's like a crash bar and braces the hole rear of the bike!

Have you bought one?

Just brought a 2004 model with 2,000 miles on the clock for future trips, were did you get you racks and tank from?

I bought three racks from Andreas www.enduropack.de he's very good to deal with. Sells panniers and quick release mounts for panniers too which I wish I bought. I didn't orginally plan for ally boxes.
Stephanie was working in the trade at the time so got us three tanks from Acerbis for good money.

Lee split is leg open on the easiest offroad stretch, typical.

We had enough stuff in our firstaid kit to deal with it.
