I am in need of a Ducati Voltage Regulator number 343301, If anybody could help it would be very much appreciated,

Do you mean a regulator for a Ducati, or a Ducati Electronica regulator for another make of bike?

Its for a Rieju MRX 50 2004, on the back of the old one it says Ducati Energia 343301,

Probably best to post a few pics, but I would suspect it is a fairly standard small regulator / rectifier and probably shared with a load of other European 50s.

The bike and electronics parts of Ducati split almost 60 years ago.

Quick search and I found this:-

Suggests it is used on a few other bikes, including the Aprilia AF1 50. Also found a breakers listing one 2nd hand with the same serial number for a 1999 Aprilia RS50.
