Few week ago I did a tail tidy on my bike and installed new pipes.
I also had an alarm fitted into the bike.
Now to remove the tail and install the pipes I had to cut the alarm's wires which had been welded into my indicators' ( I believe) wires by the guy who did the job. Otherwise i couldn't remove the tail.

Now I need to put them back cause even if my alarm still makes the 2 beeps sound when I activate it and makes noise if I try to start the bike without deactivate it, it will not work if I move the bike (the sensor wont' pick the movements of the bike) and the indicators' lights won't light up when I activate it (minor thing but still...).

Been me a fucktard about electrics, the question is : can i weld them again without removing any cables or if i do it I will electrocute myself?
Do I need to remove the cable from the battery before doing it?
If I don't turn the bike on, are the cables still carrying electricity? (I think so otherwise how would the alarm work when the bike is off/parked?)
thank you.

You won't be welding them lol, the term is soldering i don't see any reason why you cant solder them again. You shouldn't get an electric shock.

Might be worth getting someone a bit more confident to help out.

Best to disconnect the battery, just in case.
