Right, we are doing Elvington Straight Liners on the above date Smile It costs £30 for the RWYB, and that is as many runs as you can do in a day, and there is also the top speed runs Smile

https://www.straightliners.co.uk for more general information.

Stew and M are alright for people to sleep there the night before, as it's about 50(?) miles from there to Elvington

On the Monday 13th, there is a trackday at Cadwell, which people are also doing. See the thread in Racing Forum about this bit Smile

Whose coming then?

Me
Stew
M
Dean
Chez
Luke
Korn
Bendy

Anyway don't think i'll be going to this will be a last minute decision either way because I have no idea how busy I'll be with other things.

I'm in for Cadwell, but probably not Elvington. I'll have to hire a bike for Cadwell (r6 of course) so won't have one the day before, unless I use my courier bike or the mini moto Laughing

Sounds like a plan. I'll bring my running shoes and go in the other lane? Laughing

Hi

May be tempted with Elvington. We are going to meet up with some people on the MCN trackday at Cadwell on the Saturday so might stay over that way and go on the Sunday.

What are the requirements for the gear for the rwyb? Leathers? Zipped together?

All the best

Keith

It's usually more casual than that, isn't it? (i.e. sturdy jacket and jeans).

Yeah tin, no major requirement last time. Decent gloves, decent jacket and (I think) decent Trousers.

Last time no one even checked our leathers or helmet did they? In fact I think Dean and myself were some of the first people to even have our bikes scrutineered, this was after about twenty runs down the strip had already been made. Confused
