I never ever used to like any spicy food but over past couple of months I've been getting the taste for it, currys etc and chilli sauces, but everything I've bought has been rather mild despite stating "3 chilli on the hot scale" blah blah.

So today I bought some Daves Insanity Sauce as it says "hottest sauce in the universe" hmm yeah right.

Just licked a tiny tiny bit off my finger and now my tounge is burning, my lip is burning and my eyes almost started watering Laughing

too scared to put it on me dinner now Laughing Laughing

I have a bottle of Blair's Ultra Death and Blair's 2AM, both good stuff but are lacking in the heat department unless used neat.

Insanity is only 180,000 Scoville units, Blair's 2AM is 2,000,000 and it's damn good, the maximum is 16,000,000 units which is as hot as it's chemically possible to get. Thumbs Up.

Ariel eats a lot of spicy stuff, he'll no doubt arrive soon.

Just put it on your dinner you poof. Laughing.

It is pretty hot, just add a dab to your meal, other manufacturers are being silly now with chilli extract "sauces" which contain purer and purer amounts of capsicum, the chemical that causes the heat in chillis.

Millions of scoville?

It is not nice, it is willy waving.

Agree with ST, I don't mind a bit of spice but ( I know we all have different tolerances) burn your mouth spice is a waste of time. Can you taste the meat, fish, veg with it in the meal? I get sick of 'I can eat hotter than you ' threads.

Agreed, I'm a girl in the chilli threads! I had a tiny drop with my dinner and it was just about right, wasn't tooo hot just added about the right amount of spice, that was from 1 tiny drop! There's no way I'm licking it out the bottle again Laughing anything stronger will probably be too strong.

My fridge contains:
Dave's insanity sauce (measured at 50,000 scoville heat units)
Vicous viper (257,000 SHU)
and Black mamba (reported 2,500,000 SHU)

As has been said, it is just willy waving and I prefer fresh chillis in a curry to these manufactured condiments. Good to try at least once though so you know the depths of spice.

What I really hate is when I make a nice hot chicken curry myself, I use a small bag of hot chili peppers for heat, and 2 small bags of medium chillis for flavour.
Of course I make enough for about 4 people so my mum and brother eat a portion each the cheeky cuntfucks, then complain that it's too spicy.
My brother went so far as to come in before I started making a curry once and said "Do you want to make it a little less hot this week? It's too spicy for me and mum and it's not a fucking competition". Can't remember the last time that cunt bought any food for the house, let alone cooked anything, so I just made it hotter. Mr. Green

It's not a good curry unless you're sweating and panting. Thumbs Up

This is exactly why when I have a curry, I have a Bhuna. I want to taste what's in it.
