honda nsr jc20 1990 alcast new engine or rebuild the lot ??

Hello everyone today i took the bike for a ride out and noticed a loss of power then the bike would not rev over 6000rpm. I also done the tests cloric_tzr recomended and my flywheel wobbles a wee bit. Anyways when i got home i rechecked the compresion and its reading below 100psi.So this has led me to belive that the guts of the bike are well and truly fooked. Now after smoking 10 fags and sitting staring at it for an hour it has become apparent that i have two options 1) complete engine overhaul or 2) purchase another engine and install. Im leaning towards option 1 as then i know the engine will be like new and bike should be realible but its the cost and time plus i dont have tools like cluch puller and crankcase splitter etc etc. But even option two has its bad side as i could buy a fooked engine and to be fair im pretty skint. So if any one has a spare decent engine that will fit a 1990 alcast jc20 at reasonable price or any parts for the rebuild let me know or even if theve had a rebuild done and it didnt cost the earth let me know please
