I have a kwak zx9r c1 that appears to of developed abit of an issue.

When you start the bike now about 80% of the time you've got to hold the clutch in. This only started about two weeks ago! Before that just hit the ignition button and your away.

The bike is ten years old and I've had it nearly a year and to my knowledge has never displayed behaviour like this before!

It's not really a problem, I'm just worried it's maybe the start of something or is telling something else is wrong?

Any help would be appreciated!

Sidestand / neutral switch playing up? Give them a clean. I just cleaned a load of crud from the front brake switch on the zx6 (with g/fs nail file for the connections...) worked a treat

It did only start after I changed my brake pads but I didn't touch any micro switches or even my lever. It's started around the same time as my bike is now running abit shit!
