That is one MAD bike! Not really my style, but a 2.3 litre 3 cylinder engine just HAS to be tried! Has the power of two R1's! Mad! Twisted Evil

..but at £13k its a bit much to have as a toy, but I guess people into cruisers might shell out for one! Only 400 in the country on release!

And what are triumph up to? They have dropped Nuclear Red and replaced it for some normal red colour. Pah! Not enough people want metallic pink bikes! Laughing Laughing

The cylinders are the same size of a Dodge Viper Shocked.
Most probably be fast but imagine letting the streetfighter gang get hold of it and start tuning it to the bollox, i wonder how fast it would fly. Very Happy

A dodge viper is a *car* and features an 8-litre v-10 engine, well the vm02 does at least, the original one had a v8. How are the cylinders the same size? [ed]There is 33cc difference in the size of the pistons. Smile

Apparently that bike will beat a busa to *30 mph and out accelerate most sports bikes.

Dodge viper cylinder - 800cc
Rocket III cyclinder - 766cc
Difference - 33cc per piston

I'd say that's pretty much the same Very Happy

(Can anyone say bore kit?) Twisted Evil

(edit - either way it beats my measly 498cc cylinder) Very Happy
