I cant seem to pick up channel 5 on my tv in my room for love nor money and just missed the football.
I live in mid beds but people down my road can pick it up fine.

What can i try to tune in, i pick up Channels 1-4 perfectly!

Not very much information on the internet, or i cant find it.

Get a digtal tv or set top box.

Portable TV aerials are always going to be crap unless you can see the transmitter.
The solution is to get a powered splitter like this,
A bit of cable and you can run several sets off one aerial and you will get freeview too assuming you can on main set already.
Don't bother with unpowered Y connectors, it will be pap.

The channels aren't all on the same transmitting power output, it's so that they don't bleed over into frequencies used by the next TV mast.

Or watch it on internet...
