Dear sir’s,

I do have in my shop a zing 125cc motorcycle for repairs, it is encountering some chronic problem with the ignition system. I beg if you can offer me some help. Here is the following situations:

• When I started to diagnose the motorbike she was not charging and well she was starting.
• During the diagnoses I have found in the stator parted wires and the ignition exciter coil in bad conditions but it still was giving the charge to the CDI capacitor and was shooting the spark-plug with current.
• I then have a electrical shop to rewind the exciter accordingly now measuring 148.6 ohms and the pulse 117.5 ohms.
• I have got a used CDI box and a coil have installed it and the bike fired off. I have let the engine after several starting occasions run for about 20 minutes then suddenly it quit and wound start have checked and meager all the wires they were looking and measuring ok. Have again changed coils ignition block new spark-plug and up to now no ignition fire at the plug.
• Can you please help me in this situation sending me the wiring diagram and probably the cause of the not starting engine asap.
• This will be a great full help for me.

Awaiting on your prompt reply I remain,

Yours truly,

Rafael E. Maduro
