Cheers m8 the photos are taken up on a balcony, in 2008 i went down closer in the church grounds but no beer allowed so settled for beers and long distance shots. Had the family so my son could watch from the house.

Canon 5D MK II and Canon 100-400L IS USM lens. TBH the MK II allows higher iso with less noise than a lot of cameras which allows you to put the shutter speed up to even when the light is not perfect. ____________________ Current: 2019 Yamaha T7 -> 2015 KTM Superduke R | 2000 Yamaha R1 Past -> 2009 KTM 990 SM -> 2005 kawasaki ZX10r -> 2000 Honda CBR 600 FY -> 2002 Honda XLV 125 Varadero

Yeah i do prefer to have more motion in the shots but i was finding the slower shutter speed shots were not coming out too good so i increased.
If it was a race track where i had a bit of time to track. i would have went for slower shutter speed, the gap between the building on the right and the lampost on the left might seem long but its not at those speeds.
