VFR 400 NC24 Valve timing

Rebuilding the GF's engine as the valves and rings need doing, does anyone have a manual, or know the timings for the vales? I dont want to take the top end off yet as I will screw the timings up.

The links for the NC30 manuals(as there is no NC24 manual) on this site and also may other sites are rather old and don't work, so can't download it. I have searched for about an hour for it. Losing hope.

I can buy one on Ebay, but that will then be a few more days lost.

Yeah I could not see the marks on hte hears at all, I saw some on the rockers but not the gears. Gonna need the manual I think, thanks anyway!
