 |
|
So im soon to be purchasing a Suzuki AY50 Katana 52 plate off a guy i know, its cosmectically had better days, but for £140 i cant moan. Acceleration is nice, starts up clean.
Nothing been done to it so it sticks at 30mph.
Ive been told it had exhaust restrictors and in the CDI but they dont matter as much.
Anyway, I really dont wanna spend more then £100 on making it a bit faster.
So is it worth getting a racing exhaust, if so how fast will it make the bike.
Or is it worth fully de-restricting it, if so how fast will it go and is it expensive, any other tips will help, thanks ! ____________________ Selling Generic Cracker 09 plate, 2000 miles, beautiful condition - de-restricted.

Katana's are heavily restricted in the exhaust.
Buy a race exhaust and you will gain around 10mph.
Enjoy |
