Recently bought a Motohispania rx50 which has a few numerous problems with performance etc and am looking at undoing them all.

Things I need to do are:
* Replace headlight bulb
* Change clutch cable that is ductaped on
* Fit 12 tooth front sprocket
* Adjust back wheel alignment since something is rubbing when riding on the back end
* Dismantle carb
* Change stand
* Unjam rear left pillion peg
* Patch up paintwork

Just a few minor questions about some of the things mentioned above or issues i'm having with completing the task.

Back wheel alignment I'm finding a right pain to do since the chain tensioner bolts/nuts are rounded so taking it to a garage and not riding it at the moment.

I need to dismantle the carb and clean it because when riding it seems like my choke is constantly on and stops at a rev limit up to about third gear and sometimes splutters however its got on of those security allen keys on the hose clamp to remove it which is rounded and can't seem to undo it and aswell as this the petrol tank is pressurized/vaccume taped so to be able to get in there properly petrol will piss everywhere.

The stand which is on it seems bent on the bottom and makes the bike wobble like mad, i remove the nut on the bolt going through it but the bolt is siezed in there badly and cant wiggle it free.

The rear left pillion peg wont bend out properly but the right one does, tried giving it a little wack with a hammer and wd40 ing it and no success.

Any solutions or tips guys?
