New fuel/cleaned tank
Cleaned carb/Jets with compressed air
Checked reeds

The obvious things would be to replace the plug and clean the baffle.

I have changed the spark plug about 9 times and still no joy, i have found a small cut in the 2 stroke oil tube and replaced the tube, the bike will now accelerate to approx 15mph or 20mph downhill :\ any other ideas ? it will accept 90% throttle but anything above that and it will stall immediately ? Sad

Could try taking off your exhaust and see if that improves it, will be horribly loud but exhaust could be partially clogged.
