Hi. I recently took out the baffle packing on my rxs and its all fell apart. Some one told me that i could just use normal wire wool as a replacement as its way too loud now and im waking all the neighbours every time i go out early lol

Most RXS100s had the baffle packing removed before the bikes left the shop as it tends to knock about 10mph off the top speed. Later models had none straight from the factory. It serves no purpose at all. If your bike is loud, someone has chopped too much off the end. A replacement baffle is the only answer.

Iv got a micron on atm, Which when i had the packing in it was louder that a standard exhaust anyway, so its even louder now without the packing and its also backfiring now and again which i think is because theres not as much back pressure.??

Ah. Wire wool would probably work in the short term, but obviously you should get proper packing when possible.

I noticed today that when i was breaking with the rear brake, that i could feel a slight click when i was moving slowly. Is this a sign that i need some new shoes? and if i do what ones would i be better off getting? Would these be alright from egay?

Slight click indicates possible drum scoring (the click happens when the grooves on the shoes engage in the grooves in the drum). If that's the case, will need to be skimmed.

Never used HiLo shoes myself. Would always go for EBC, personally: https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Yamaha-FS1-T80-RXS100-SR125-DT50-MX-Brake-Shoes-/310224569517?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item483ad344ad
