Can anyone help me i have just bought an Aprilia area 51 and it starts and then cuts out straight away and dont kno why. it hasnt got an exhaust on because it has a hole in it so ordered a new 1 and also it has a 70cc kit on it. does any1 kno why it starts and then cuts out straight away.

i just bought it yesterday and i seen it runnin but the bloke who i bought it off said it doesnt run without the exchaust so he made to to 2 prove it was running as far a i no it has had no problem bt he put a 70cc kit on it

I would suspect carburetion, did he change the carb or jets after putting on the big bore kit?
