today some utter bastard decided to drop his big old 80s bike on my leg.

first it was fine. looked a bit crushed and slightly bent, but after my mandate to the cinema, it started to look like this.

i've already got a substantial pin in my tibia, so could that have bent?

About the pin.
If it's broken you will feel VERY severe pain unless you have Leprosy as well.

after previous leg injuries that are so bad that they have to pin your leg, surely it might be a good idea to get it checked out...... even if it`s for your own peace of mind.

Other than that though, i'd defo see a Doc. As others have said, if you've bashed it previously and have pins it it something could be a bit more damaged/loose. The pain could be some of the metal getting bent which is putting pressure on stuff, get it checked out.
