As said, the motad nexxus 2 into 1 system is well proven on those bikes.
It is also well known to melt the belly pan on the side it goes along unless you do something about it.
I found putting a few washers (3 or 4) to act as spacers between the belly pan and its bracket at the back edge stands it far enough away from the exhaust to prevent melting. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. LM Spares in Hereford (and on fleabay) sell twin stainless steel downpipes for ~£100 as a direct replacement for the originals. I can confirm they're excellent quality, I had them on my old GPZ
Of course, you'd potentially need to price up the cost of the end cans too ____________________ 1st bike (Sept'06 - May'10) : 1991 GPZ500S / Current bike (since Nov 2009) : 2003 Suzuki Bandit 600N
