Well I've finally had enough of the rattle I've done the valve clearences they're all ok I'm wondering if it could be a sticky valve?

Taken a video recording of it what does everyone else think? Confused

Assuming the valve gear looked ok when you did the clearances I'd check your camchain tensioner,

Sounds like tappets being a bit loose. There will probably be inspection covers in the top of the engine that will let you adjust them.

sounds like tappet or chain, is oil getting up to top end as have had problem recently with oil pick up pipe guaze being blocked. so oil wasnt pumping round engine.

Cam chain needs adjusting... you have checked it for free play haven't you ?

I was sure it was the camchain causing the rattle so replaced it and checked the tensioner at the time..... wasn't that causing it lol Crying or Very sad

check rockers for wear might be this wear stopping setting gaps right with feeler guages.
