I'm thinking of selling my bike to pay for DAS and then hopefully a bigger machine. Only problem is, I've no fooking idea what my bike's worth! I know how much I'd like for it, but I can't gauge properly because I can't find any others like it, so is there anybody out there that can help? It's a V plate Aprilia RS125 with just over 8000 kilometers on the clock.

Thanks in advance.

Danny

older style (pre99) rs's go for between £450 (seen one today advertised locally in v.good condition for age) with no tax or mot & £900 for a very good one with tax, mot, standard colour scheme,no crash damage, original decals, oem indicators (very rare) etc.
depends on condition, exhaust, indicators, mods, & service history. (when were rings last changed, whats compression level etc)
the 99-05, about 100-200 more, even though the older style (with the big holes on sides) have the 34mm carb as standard & are a bit more powerful, suspect its because parts for the 123 motor are becoming harder to get).
cheers,
GAZ
