Good to hear the guy is in one piece, more or less.

I blame increasingly crap car drivers. Don't know what the buggery is up with them this year. Had a few near misses myself, and know others who have had the same or actually come a cropper (none serious thankfully).

I've noticed that the standard of riding this year has been high. Barely seen any complete maniacs. Although one bloke went past me on the A259 the other day doing about 160
