Built this machine from an old ts350 Jawa, parts of a 150cc M.Z and the back end of a raleigh chopper pushbike. the exhaust is a homemade 2 into 1 that has 2 Honda h100 reed valves fitted at the junction of the 2 downpipes to help with breathing. On the move it sounds like a clarinet due to the whistles from the reed valves. Bars are from a ts125 Suzuki and the rack is a cissy bar from a pushbike, all in it cost just 55 quid to build and own. I rode it to work for almost 4 years without any problems and it still runs but the engine needs overhauled (28k miles).
