Hi. I have a 50cc 2 stroke zip.It had a leo-vince TT exhaust ,70 carb jet and 5.5g mallossi rollers and did roughly 60 mph.The other day i added a polini high speed variator and added the 7.0g rollers what came with it now it has terrible set off and top speed any idea's on what has happened?

have you tried putting the 5.5g rollers back in to see if its roller weight thats causing the problem Question Question

that would be first thing id do Thumbs Up

The rollers are the wrong weight, you have to try out different weights. Try 6g and 6.5g. You may even have to go lighter than the 5.5g you had in there.

thanks guys i'll put my old rollers in and attempt to fit the torque spring.

Still no improvement in top speed . But acceleration is better.
