Following on from comments made by a judge re Kylie fans, I have been forced to examine my own sexuality. After a time of less than one second I was satisfied that I am indeed 100% straight.
Although I do like Kylie, I very much doubt that it is for the same reason that Dorothy's friends like her and I shall not be lifting any shirts anytime soon.

If someone is trying to claim Asylum by pretending to be gay while coming from a country that forbids it, it is most likely so ingrained in to their personal culture that they are very unlikely to go to the lengths required to prove it.

I wouldn't participate in a sexual act with a human being I held no attraction to for the sake of living somewhere else anyway.

To further raise the eyebrows of those perusing the topic, I did also attend said concert in the company of another man Shocked

However in my defence he was a last minute stand in for my partner at the time who was 8 months pregnant and didnt feel up to going (was her brother taking her ticket).

Never been to a Kylie concert, not keen on luridly colourful cocktails and don't really have any female friends to speak of.

I have been to a Mel C (or is it B? The sporty one) and it was rammed with overweight lesbians. I also went to a Scissorsisters concert and it was rammed with gay men.

I went to a Natalie Imbruglia concert and it was rammed with dad's perving.

However, I do enjoy buying cushions and just love sitting in of an evening with a face pack on and my back catalogue of SITC dvd's on the telly...

I don't.

PS: Predictably, there was a guy on the Jeremy Vine show (that bastion of good sense and reason) who claimed that he could utilise his 'gaydar' to root out the real asylum seeking homo's. He was also keen to point out, people didn't assume he was gay (presumably trying to challenge certain stereotypes) even although his voice sounded like a cross between Orville's and Paul O'Grady's.

This has been going on for years, the Jamaicans are famous for it.

There are few things as amusing as watching an attractive five foot tall lady immigration officer ask a 6 foot tall Jamaican about his boyfriend(s) back home, and details of their sexual activities check if he is lying. Said Jamaican is always lying, and intensely homophobic.

Usually takes about 3 minutes before said Jamaican attempts to throw the (chained down) chair, the immigration officer has hit the red button, and several security men are making sure no more trouble occurs.

Flight home, try again when you can afford the next ticket.
