Right after a long time i finally fit my new bearings,

Now how tight do i do the adjuster nut? anyone know a rough guide?

Tighten it by hand while on the centre stand and with some weight on the back to keep the front wheel of the ground.
Only tighten it until there is no movement when you try pull the front wheel back and forth and let it off slightly.

Grease them.
