Hey guys.

Ive got Nemo's Suzi GP125 in the garden.

As his kids been born i suppose he wont travel much at this moment in time, which is good as his bike has decided to die Sad

His 125 engine has great compression..just there is alot of metal bits floating around in the oil.. doesnt sound/look good, might crack this open next weekend.

We put his 100cc lump back in, getting spark, 2 different plugs.

Can kick it over, doesnt take alot though, have a feeling compression might be down. Might need a top end rebuild.

Whats worth checking beforehand? Need to get it started, mainly down to the parents garden being filled with bikes.. 3 in the rear and 2 in the front Laughing Laughing

Metal bits in the oil is probably flaking of the gear faces, might even be some bearing debris. I'd split it and give it a good clean out and unless the gears are very severely worn put it back together.

Will the 125 top-end not fit on the 100 cases?
