hi there im going to service my 2002 r6 soon so iv been told to do use these on my bike

K &N Air Filter + Oil Filter
Iridium Spark Plugs ( should i use NGK or Denso? )
Semi Syn Oil Shell Advanced

im i good to go with these parts Thumbs Up

i got my bike fully serviced from my main dealer and cost me £500
if i do it myself these parts will cost me around £135

iv done 3000 miles since last service 3 months ago, and been told using these parts will be better for my bike.

any feed back from you pros will help many thx Very Happy

If you only had a £500 service 3000 miles and 3 months ago then why do you need to do anything other than an oil change? At £500 i'm assuming it was a 16,000 mile major service including valve clearances and so on. The air filter would've been checked or replaced as would the spark plugs, only do what is needed. Also if you already have a K&N then you don't need to replace it, just clean it.
