Hi again everyone,

Well, I did initially buy the mobylette for fun, to get it back on the road, but also in the hope of actually being able to use the thing! over a year later and I have done almost everything i can think of but it still hasnt run for over a month consistently. Whatll happen is I think Ive fixed the issues the bike had, Ill go out on a ride and about 2 or 3 miles in something else will go wrong and itll take me a few weeks to buy and wait for the parts to fix it and then when thats done something else will go wrong Evil or Very Mad today was the last straw!
I recently recieved (another) £70 worth of bits which i needed to sort out the problems I was having with the spark so new condensor and HT coil etc. and a few other bits including new forks because the original ones are in a right state!
Sooo, I got these bits on, started the bike up. Sounded Good Smile. went for a ride aaaand once again after 2 miles it went nuts again. No idea whats wrong but after bringing it home would NOT start at all. Getting fuel, a brilliant spark and theres loads of compression, timing has never been messed with and is still correct so I am completely lost! Ive spent loads (too much) on getting this bike on the road, only to have it off the road whilst im paying tax, insurance etc. and after buying MOT and I still have no form of transport. I love my mobylette, my first bike and I will hopefully keep it for ever but im pretty angry so I think its time to buy something sensible on what money I have left from the mob.

So, I will consider absolutely anything from 50 to 125 (yeah, still 16, but 17 soon .... ) that has a hope in hell of being reliable! be it motorbike, scooter, whatever I will literally consider anything, ugly, beat up, old, new, whatever, as long as it will get me from A to B without too much hassle. Im happy with doing some work and no MOT would be ok, but a runner would be preferred. I just dont want something like the mobylette again.
My last pay checque was £65 so If I could get something for £75 (or under?) Id be over the moon, otherwise I may have to wait until after a couple more gigs yet because of the football theyve all dried up as well!

Cheers everyone,
