Probably won't be able to jailbreak it but it is out for anything 3G or better.

I dont actually think I will bother to "upgrade" I now have my phone as I like it and as I have a 3g multitasking will act like a dog with the fix.

I will wait a while and see if it can be enabled easily and without breaking my apps.

FYI

I did this yesterday just for giggles, I actually prefer the smaller app icons.
